The hotel is located in the area of New Acapulco, which is far from downtown and the beaches of Acapulco. The rooms are a good size and comfortable, suitable for couples with children or two couples. The service was very helpful, friendly, and professional, even coming to the door to ensure everything was ok. The dining options were good, with a notable bolognesa pizza, although some items were lukewarm. The price for meals was $15.50 US with a large tip. The location is convenient for those flying out of Acapulco the next day, but it is in a less desirable area.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were modern, although some areas could use a fresh coat of paint. The location was not ideal, being far from downtown and the beaches of Acapulco. The service was friendly and helpful, and the dining experience, while good, could be improved with more variety.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The room was tastefully decorated, but I did notice a slight damp smell which was a bit off-putting. The service was excellent, especially when they came to check on us at 4 am. The location, although far from downtown and the beaches of Acapulco, suited my needs perfectly as I was flying out from Acapulco the next day. The dining experience was decent with a good variety of dishes, although some were served lukewarm. The facilities met my expectations with a nice pool area.
